I know that many of us have tried many different things to get our bfps. What types of supplements/tips/tricks/medications have you used or are you using to TTC? Did they work?

this cycle i'm using geritol, lemon water, peppermint tea (and fertilitea), soy, lots of folic acid, baby aspirin, b-complex and that's about it...I've used preseed last time Igot pregnant, not sure if it helped or not...I'm thinking of getting some more, and maybe some fertileCM (anyone use that?)....I'll have to wait till I have some extra $ for those though....I'm also debating using the instead cup that they sell on early-pregnancy-tests.com...It'scheap, but I don't know, seems gross lol

I take several vitamins including folic acid and I tried using soy this time . . . not sure if it worked yet. My first 3 pregnancies I didn't do any of this and now I am and haven't gotten pg . . . so the more I try the more I think I should just stop trying!

I've just been eating a very alkaline diet to decrease inflammation in my body (not necessarily for gender selection :-)), currently doing a cleanse with lemon/cayenne/maple syrup and water, drinking a ton of water, lots of folic acid and a really good multivitamin. Oh, and FertiliTea when I remember to drink it and Vitex on the days I forget to drink the tea. Vitex regulated my cycles from 33-35 to 28-29 days last year.
Also doing a lot of journaling and breathing exercises, the journaling to work through any emotional blocks I may have towards conceiving/maintaining a pregnancy and breathing, to increase oxygen in my body at a cellular level. If nothing else, I feel a lot better :-)

Wow...I use nothing.
I take a prenatal everyday and have since Feb 2009 (cause I was pregnant, nursing, then pregnant, then trying!)
And I tried soy for the first time this cycle. But I don't think I will use it again. I don't like how it made me feel. I am ovulating now or soon...and my ovaries feel like they are gonna fall out of my body. So much worse than normal. So I think I will go back to doing nothing. But I will be using asprin, progesterone, and luvenox when I get pregnant, since I have an autoimmune syndrome (the RE just found it). But I hope that will allow us to get pregnant and keep it. Our issue is keeping them, not getting pregnant.

If af ever comes around this cycle I am going to try:
Ggeritol- Which I have already started taking
lemon water- I love and keeps me from drinking so much ice tea
peppermint tea- started this already
soy-Waiting to take as soon as af comes
I did take soy in November and we did get a bfp but loss that baby in December. I think soy is what helped us get pregnant on our own when we were told we wouldn't be able to.
