Hey ladies just wanted to share with you all a book that I think has helped me alot with my loss. It is a religious book (mention of god and some bible versus) but it has quite a bit of exercises that I think work for anyone. I found it at my local library but here's the amazon page. The lady that wrote it is a counseler and has had 3 losses herself. I think the book is amazing.
