my first morning urine was at 12:00 maybe a lil earlier i have had an 8 oz smoothie to drink since then but nothing else it is 4:15 now and i just got home with more test how long do you think i should wait to take it

I am not very good at answering this question. I'm not one of the obsessive pee-ers, so my response would normally be "Whenever you want". Which would be bad for most of the ladies on here, I think. 
(I have edited this post about a billion times because I cannot type)

I am really obsessive about not drinking while I am holding my pee for testing... so if it were me, I would probably pee now, then not drink or pee until 8:30, then POAS. But most likely you will be fine anytime. I am just crazy

I held mine for almost 5 hours and at the end I drank some water cause I still did not really have to pee yet and did not want to be dehydtated too.
I was 9dpo and got a + on ept, frer, & frer digital.
