Do you throw them away or keep them? Do you put them in a box or make a special holder for them or just shove them in a drawer?

I keep them in a box so that I have a list of who to send them to next year What do you do, Missy?

Threw them away last week, we don't get a whole lot of them though. Mostly just family and a few friends

I never really sent Christmas cards before 2 years ago so never got any. This year we got a bunch! So I was thinking of saving them or recycling the pictures on them into different art projects over the year.
I was trying to find out what you all do for ideas

I used to just throw all of the Chritmas Cards away. When my mom passed away I wish I would have saved the Christmas Cards and other cards she gave me over the years so I could go back and look at them. I kept some but not a lot. Which makes me sad now.

The only card I got this year was from YOU! I used to get a ton, but stopped over the years beacause I started getting less and less and will still sending out a ton! But YOUR card went right in the middle of the threshold between the kitchen and family room for everyones viewing pleasure

I just threw our Christmas cards away today. They got shoved into the bedside table. Usually I toss them when the Christmas tree comes down, but my mom, DH's grandma's send the kid's personal ones so I keep those for them

My Mom made my this tree out of old christmas cards....everyone comments on it every year:
I found the instructions on how to make it - Christmas Card Christmas Tree - Kaboose.com
As you can see, instead of a styrofoam ball with sequins she glued shells to a rubber ball So you can top it however you like..as long as it holds the cards down.

I keep them until next year, then we make little boxes out of them to give small gifts to people. I used to love making them as a kid and eventually, my kids will be able to do it without me

I have a card hanger I got from Hallmark...When i'm done I usually just pack them up with my christmas stuff...I rip the return address off of the envolope and save it so I know who to mail cards to the next year...I didn't do cards for the first time ever this year...I only got like 4 too! (I usually get a ton)

My daughter does this with our cards. It's really neat. I may have to fight her off some next year so that I can make that tree though!

Great ideas! I especially like the box one because I went wrapping paper free this year (made all cloth gift bags). I love re-using stuff.
