I can't deceide if I want to take soy on 3-7 or 5-9.

Lets see if I still have this right.

Taking soy 3-7 helps the number of eggs right?

Taking soy 5-9 helps to improve egg quality right?
Right now with my age I am leaning on taking soy 5-9. Although I think when we got pregnant in November with the Chemical I took soy on 3 -7. I need to make my mind up before tomorrow since tomorrow will be day 3 of this cycle.

I believe you have that right. I took it last cycle from 3-7 (still waiting to "hear" the results). I heard that 1-5 was for egg production and 5-9 was for quality. And that most people take it 3-7 to have something in the middle. I might be misinformed though.

I, however, had no change at all in ovulation. It came right around the same time as always, no change in EWCM either. So it is not across the board. I found my bleeding days were longer, but that could have been a fluke (it happens sometimes). I am undecided if I will use it again.

my AF was actually easier this month! i'm not sure if it was the soy or not...I usually have 2 days of super heavy bleeding, this cycle it wasn't even a full 24 hours! I also didn't have as much PMS as I usually do.

We used it 3-7 and got pregnant the first month using it. I was surprised. I had to look it up again the other night to see which days were good for what - I had forgotten.

Good luck in whatever you decide!!!

Be sure to talk to your endocrinologist about taking soy isoflavones. It is quite possible it will affect your Synthroid.
