Blood levels came back

Dr called today with my blood levels and they are dropping nicely but still not negative yet so I have to have another blood draw late this week and hopefully *fingers crossed* they are down far enough that she says we can TTC! On 1/7/11 she drew blood and my HCG was at 200, then on 1/14 they were at 43, so I am really hoping this week will be the last and we have the full green light! Ideas are already popping into my head like "maybe we can just start this week...would it really be that bad?!" lol but I am going to go on Thu so we can get the results back Fri so I won't have to wait over the weekend, I'm too impatient!

I am so happy to hear that your levels are dropping. I bet you will be back TTC very soon. *hugs*

A week apart each, my numbers went: 8000, 900, 270, 150 (2 days after 270), 19, 7, 0.

It ended up taking a lot longer than I thought. I hope yours go faster.

holy crap! If my numbers aren't 0 this week I am just going to ask if we can go ahead and TTC!

I hope they fall quickly! I didn't get my labs drawn, but I took IC's to see how long it went to negative...It seemed like the last bit seemed to take the longest....I hope that's not the case for you!!! Good luck!!

Yea my IC's have already been negative, I took one last thursday before the second blood draw (that came back 43)....oh well it's out of my control (unfortunately!! lol)

That's interesting, I wonder why my dr said to use protection then...she said if i was to get pregnant before my levels dropped it would be difficult for them to know how far along I am in my pregnancy and so I should use protection until we get the negative levels/get the ok from her...I wonder why it would matter if I wouldn't be able to O anyways.

, but we TTC while waiting for my levels to drop to zero because it was taking FOREVER and I was going nuts. I hope yours go down quickly!

My ob told us that we couldn't get pregnant before my number went down to o. We were allowed to TTC and he didn't say anything about using protection. I hope your numbers go down to o fast for you.
