Does the time of day really matter? DF works rotating shifts right now we stay up til about 3:00 am and then i wake up at 11:30 except wednsday i wake up at 8:30 cause Sara was gymnastics problem is every one wakes up with my alarm and i don't want to inconvience Sara to wake up that early every morning.

My night routine is consistant i would like to temp at 11:00 (after about an hour of complete relaxation) as long as it is consistant will it matter

I have no idea. It's all a mystery to me. I don't know why I am responding. I must be really bored at work.

I think they say it's best to do it at the same time every day so consistency is the key. I think they say morning is best before you get out of bed so your activity level is the same everytime you temp, if you are going to relax an hour before temping each day I think you should be good. This is what I gathered from others over time, but I haven't ever actually temp'd so I don't know personally!
