I caved in and finally tested this morning . . . BFN. I know I'm out the next two months since dh will be out of town. I'm feeling a little bummed, even though my odds weren't great this month either. Shanise predicted I wouldn't even get pg this year, but said I could change things . . . what can I do to change this?

The first step is to have a positive mindset. It's hard to say what to change if we don't know what you're doing in the first place.

Hugs! I am sorry for you BFN. Try to stay positive. Maybe try doing something different. Trying Soy or Bding every other day.

I used soy this past month and bd-ing every day is hard since dh lives in another city right now making ttc practically impossible. She did say I would have another child, I just hate that it is going to take us so long. We have been ttc for over a year already including the time before my mc. Don't get me wrong . . . I'm not totally depressed, I'm trying to remain positive. It just stinks! I'm off work and stuck in the house will all the snow around here, but I'm thinking about hoping in the 4-wheel drive, driving 20 mph, and going to see dh.
Thanks for the hugs!

I'm so sorry about your BFN TTC long distance is really hard, and SO frustrating. Sometimes you just have to let yourself feel down about it. I hope you're feeling better by the time your next O comes around. Maybe try some things like acupuncture, massage, or therapy? Things that will help with TTC, but will also help with stress? And you can do them with or without DH. Huge hugs!

I'm really sorry Hun. If you are a Christian, reach out in prayer to God, He really knows your future. Not only that, but he will help you get through the good and the bad.
If you are not then please forgive me if I offend. Either way, my heart breaks and I pray for all of us here.
