I have some pictures I took with my camera off of my phone. So apparently I have 2 large cysts on my left ovary that she saw. She even did a 3D u/s on my uterus/endo lining. I think I may have ovulated because my lining is getting thicker.
She's awesome, I've seen her before... very compassionate and VERY knowledgable. She asked me what testing they have done if any on me, told her about the RE and stuff. She even agreed it's quiet possibly tome to get out of there and she also asked WHY didn't she put me on progesterone and baby aspirin right away when I got my positive. Maybe that is a sign from God or a hint from her that I need to do that right away when I get a bfp... So I have baby aspirin and the progesterone shots which I will start right away (talking to the peri doc, there's a couple there that I like but it's a crap shoot) I have to stick with a high risk doc considering my history. But I'd like to find a better office or get 1 consistant dr to see there, not the FNP then rotating dr's.
third picture down on the left hand side, it's hard to see but there's 2 cysts side by side in photo above.

Celena I agree I think you need another doctor. It's great to know that you ovulated and that your lining is looking good. Love you lady!

Yeah, I agree that if the other doc is not doing EVERYTHING possible (that doesn't hurt), you need one who is more on board with keeping you knocked up Sorry to hear about your cysts...do they just go away on their own, or do you have to do something about it?? I hope that things start looking up soon
PS: Those are cool pics, even though they don't carry great news.

Celena, I am happy you had a good appointment. I agree with you and everyone else. I think you need to fine another doctor that is more into you and willing to help you more. I hope you cyst clears up by itself. I know the cyst I had on my left side cleared up by itself.

Oh ya I have cysts off/on all the time and always when I'm pregnant, pre/post O too, so I'm not worried about them. I just thought it was odd there was TWO and not the usual one. She did say my ovaries looked great
Oh ya and they did a quant beta, wonder if there's something in the u/s she wasn't telling me? But she said everything looked pretty good... just kept asking about the testing I've had, wondered if I had chromosomal stuff done which they can do right there in their office they have a reproductive geneticist dr there (whatever you call them) so I guess they can do it there. Anyways... I just wish I could get more things done, but never have the time. Like picking up the films of my HSG from the hospital and my records from the RE's office to get them to the peri's office and hopefully a new ob/gyn. Need a pap too.

I'm glad everything looked good! I have cysts that come and go on my ovaries, too. My OB mentioned that I had a few after my first miscarriage, making me wonder if I had PCOS (I have no other signs, though), but then told me they were normal during my u/s after my second miscarriage. I know they found a large one on my ovary mid-pregnancy with my dd, too.
Good luck finding the right new doctor!

Celena - I am so happy you had a good appointment (other than the cysts). Hopefully those will clear up on their own.
It makes me smile to see you found someone proactive in trying to help you.
