2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Beef Consommé

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into very thin strips

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 medium onion, cut into wedges

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 cups hot cooked rice

1.Stir the cornstarch, consommé and water in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
2.Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Push the beef to one side of the skillet.
3.Add the broccoli, onion and garlic to the other side of the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
4.Stir the cornstarch mixture in the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Serve the beef mixture over the rice.

It was sooooo goood

Sounds awesome and I am really excited because by deleting the rice it is pretty low carb as well so my husband can eat it!

Thanks Jess!!!
