FNP called me yesterday saying hcg was down to 0 from thursday, green light to go ahead... well I had some EWCM that day so that might be why I had the two large cysts on my left ovary  woohoo! Altho I'm pretty sure I had ovulated before then... who knows! All I know is she said to go ahead...
conflicting tho was what the nurse said when she called me later that afternoon, she said to wait up to 3 cycles... however I think I'd go with what the FNP said because she talked it over with the Dr before calling.
Also Theresa said she'd refer me out to another RE since I wasn't happy with Dr.F... let's just hope I'd be able to get into a new office asap. (as well as get all my records and films from the hospital for my hsg)

I'm glad you have the all clear to try again !! I know that helped me feel almost.. fresh again .. like a curtain had lifted :-) hopefully you get into a new RE soon !!!!

Good luck Celena!!
Just wondering what the EWCM has to do with the cysts on your ovaries? If they were follicles leading to ovulation the dr. shouldn't be calling them cysts..

That was the tech, but she's also been doing that for well over 20 years so she's a little more laid back about talking about some things... in the pictures you can see they're side by side and seperated by a strip (rather a "wall"). From what I recall from the u/s's the RE would do for those 3 cycles I would have hemorragic cysts post O from the flaps flipping over and closing shut where blood pooled in my follicle. So it could be pre-o huge follies or post o cysts which I'm guessing the latter. Who knows! But if so, might have released 2 eggs this cycle.
the EWCM, just happened to have it right around then and the cysts having to do with post-ovulation... make sense now because I was sorta all over the place earlier. Was trying to run out the door.

The regular nurse, think it's normal protocall with most offices... now the FNP who's seen me thru allot of time w/ Dr D o/r Dr W said go ahead. Think I'd trust what she says and nix the other.

Me too, probably should have stuck with the New Hope Center even tho they had a long wait instead of this other RE. But the one I have now is supposedly a good one that friends have even recommended.

Missy, I think that was someone else... I've been meaning to ask that? LOL, but I always miss Shanise's tuesday pendulum thread because I'm working. DH and I have been busy pretty much everyday except yesterday. I told him what the lady who did my u/s said about seeing me soon with a little healthy baby in there (I said under better circumstances) he said "we're trying, working on it"

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.
