After a D&C how do you figure out your cycles, is the day of the D&C considered cycle day 1 then? Or do you just not know until AF shows up?

With me, I sorta considered the D/C cycle day one. But don't expect to ovulate 2 weeks after the d/c. I think I ovulated four weeks after. I paid attention to body signs (EWCM) and then used ov tests to determine when I was ovulating and could expect my period. After that period came, the next cycle was pretty normal. So, sorta play it by ear. You might be back to normal quickly, or you might take longer. It just depends on your body and it's coping skills.

Well, I didn't bother trying to count anything since my doctor said to wait one cycle. I waited for what I thought was my period, but it's been really bizarre (light and lasting FOREVER). I've been using the CBEFM, but I am going to have to reset it again after this month because it is not a normal cycle for me. I just want it to tell me when ovulation is.

i counted they day i had the d&c as day 1 but like the others said a period can take sometime to come back ive been lucky as mine were only 5 weeks after

I didn't count right after my d&c as a cycle. I waited until I got my period back about 5 1/2 weeksk later and then started.

I used OPK's and O day was about 4 weeks later and then A/F showed 6 weeks to the day.

I counted the day following my D&C as CD one. But I had to go on meds to bring on AF because my body was all out of whack. I would pay attention to your body signs and if you have cheapie OPK's use them to figure out when you are going to O. Hugs!
