OK I spotted most the the pregnancy from when I found out I was preg in December. Went to the hospital on Jan 1st I was bleeding red lightly and cramping. I went to the bathroom this AM and am now spotting. Can this be AF allready??? My hcg has to be low since im getting negatives on tests. Isn't it a little early to get a period 23 days after the heavy bleeding starts with a miscarriage? Should I call the dr?

There really isn't a set time line as far as when AF will arrive. Some ladies get theirs around 2 weeks after and some don't get it as far as 10+ weeks. HUGS! If you are concerned you could call your doctor and have them do BT to check your levels (HCG, Progesterone)

I would just watch it. If you feel it's not "normal" I would call the doctor

If it gets heavier then normal, or starts and stops on and off I would call the dr.

Did they follow the hcg? I experienced an ectopic in December. The levels went up at a wacky rate alerting my md to the fact it was an ectopic and not a miscarriage. No harm in calling and speaking with the nurse if you are concerned. I found that my MDs (who I think the world of) did not prepare me for what to expect as well as I would have liked. GL and hoping the best for you.

They ruled out ectopic via 3 ultrasounds..they did not follow the HCG down but im assuming its near 0 since I am testing negative on tests. I think AF just arrived on time since this is usually when I would have got AF.
