This month is really the first month I am using them. I started testing on Saturday. Today I am CD 10. Here is the question. Should I be holding my pee for awhile before I take a test? Should I also try not to drink during the time I am holding. I don't know if taking OPK is the same as taking a pregnancy test.

Thank you for answering another OPK question.

Ive heard you were supposed to limit fluid intake and hold for 4 hours before taking an opk.

Honestly I don't really "hold" mine for an OPK I usually try not to drink alot before I do it and just make sure it's between 2-7pm

I hold my pee and I dehydrate myself before I take an OPK (healthy huh? lol)...I just noticed over time that I get better results that way...Good luck!!!

I would do whatever the instructions say because different tests might trigger differently.
