before going back to the RE.
Told DH this cycle is it. We have one more chance to get pregnant and STAY pregnant on our own then we are going back to the RE. So now I have to decide how much and when I want to take soy this cycle.

Yes, I have (and am taking it). I buy it at wal-mart for around $6. I take 75mg per day and the only side effect I have had is mild acne. A cool side effect is the deep wrinkles I was getting in my forehead and around my eyes has seemed to diminish - I don't know if it is directly related to the DHEA but that is the only thing I am doing differently.
I started taking it in July of last year after the RE told me I would not be able to get pregnant without donor eggs/IVF. 2 months later - pregnant! That was the ectopic (non-tubal) pregnancy I had. BUT I did get pregnant and the pregnancy did not end because of low egg quality!
Took a month off for the wedding, started taking it again and a month later pregnant! (chemical pregnancy but still got pregnant right away) So after 1.5 years of trying with no BFP's I ended up pregnant 2 of the 4 cycles trying using the DHEA.

I hope this is it for you. If you're gonna do soy, I'd take the max amount (250) on days 3-7. The dhea sounds promising too.
