Long post... Feel free to just read the recap at the bottom if the rambling is too much for you
So my hubby DID come home with chocolate the day after we had our fight. Yay I feel like throwing some random praise out there for him... I don't mean to be rude if this comes off that way, but I appreciate it so much, and I want to share. So many people say that they can't talk to their DH/SO about ovulating, but I'm lucky, because I can. If I don't tell him myself, he'll ask about what the fertility monitor said. Sometimes he'll ask if I think I'm going to ovulate soon. He gets just as excited around O time as I do, and I'm so lucky for that.
Speaking of O time, my OPK this morning had a very faint line on it, and normally it doesn't have anything. I took another one after lunch and the line was almost as dark as the control. If this is anything like last cycle, I'll take another one tonight and it will be positive, and my CBEFM will give me a Peak in the morning. Gotta make sure I remember to temp tomorrow so I can get the right date for when I ovulate! OH! And FRER is sending me a coupon for a free product, which should arrive just after I O, so I can get a three-pack and go "crazy" without feeling guilty!
School started back up for me yesterday, which means 14-hour days on Tuesday and Thursday, and lots of studying in between. I'm also doing a lot of prep work for an internship (orientation is Feb. 5 & 6, and rotations start in March) and a volunteer position (going through the process right now with medical records, etc.). I'm a BUSY LADY. I lurk a LOT, several times a day, but don't usually post much. It comes in spurts. When I'm excited, I post a lot. When I'm sad or frustrated, I usually just lurk.
So, to recap: Hubby made up for being mean and loves knowing when I O, which I'm so thankful for; I should be ovulating sometime in the next 2-3 days; I always lurk, but don't always post, depending on my mood; and life is starting to get really hectic for me, but in a good way.
And done

lol we had a lunchtime BD session... My actual positive OPK should happen probably in about 3 hours when I test again. If not then, it'll happen in the morning. DH and I BD'd at about noon today (Wednesday) and plan to BD again around 6am Friday morning. I'll be out all day long Thursday and I won't have the energy to BD when I get home. Plus Drew was conceived when we were BDing sporadically and I never got pregnant when we were trying the BD every day thing, so I feel at peace with it That'll put us BDing right before the + OPK (about 6 hours prior) and 36 hours after the + OPK. I might-might-might give in and jump hubby when I get home around 10:30 Thursday evening though if I'm not exhausted...
Jeebs, I said BD about a thousand times in this reply...
