Alright, so a few post over the past little while has shown to me that you girls have a wonderful collection of recipes!
I was just curious if anyone had any good recipes with ground beef? (Other than tacos, spaghetti, or hamburgers) We have a bunch of it, and I have no idea what to do with it!!

Katie! That looks awesome!
Megan- I use allrecipes all the time, (I even have their app on my ITouch) but, sometimes just ground beef is too vague.

Allrecipes is my favorite recipe site.
If you like sloppy joes, I recommend Pioneer Woman's sloppy joes. OMG they are SO MUCH BETTER than the stuff in the can haha. Now I want some.

I think I left out the following optional ingredients:
■2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste (optional)
■Tabasco Sauce (optional; To Taste)

Baked Ziti I Recipe - Allrecipes.com
THIS. DH asks for it all the time. It makes a HUGE amount. Seriously, I don't know who they're kidding with that 9 X 13 business - I have a deep 10.5 X 13 dish that I use for it, or I use both my 9 X 13 and my 9 X 9 dishes. Whatever's clean. But it's absolutely delicious and not terribly hard to make (boil noodles, brown beef, add sauce to beef, layer noodles/cheese/beef sauce, repeat, bake and done!).

Yummmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyy!!!! I love to cook and most nights make a big dinner.
BAKED MEATBALLS
1 pound ground beef
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
2 teaspoons dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 ounces
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl using your fingers. Mix until the meat no long feels slimy from the eggs. Shape in golf ball size meatballs and place on a large baking sheet with sides. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are done all the way through.
By far the best Chili ever!
What I do is instead of using all of the peppers, onions, tomato sauce ect... I cheat and use 2 jars of salsa! Has all of the ingredients in it and saves a ton of time.
Ingredients
* 2 pounds ground beef chuck
* 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
* 3 (15 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
* 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
* 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
* 1 large yellow onion, chopped
* 3 stalks celery, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
* 2 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped
* 1/2 cup beer
* 1/4 cup chili powder (you can use less chili powder if you don't want it so spicy
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon white sugar
* 1 (10.5 ounce) bag corn chips such as Fritos®
* 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground chuck and sausage into the hot pan, and cook until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
2. Pour in the chili beans, spicy chili beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Add the onion, celery, green and red bell peppers, chile peppers, bacon bits, bouillon, and beer. Season with chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and sugar. Stir to blend, then cover and simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
3. After 2 hours, taste, and adjust salt, pepper, and chili powder if necessary. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste. Remove from heat and serve, or refrigerate, and serve the next day.
4. To serve, ladle into bowls, and top with corn chips and shredded Cheddar cheese.
My boys beg me to make this Mexican casserole!
Ingredients
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1 (15 ounce) can ranch-style beans
* 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas
* 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
* 2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chili powder, beans, tomatoes and soup; mix well and heat thoroughly.
3. Line a 13x9 inch dish with tortillas. Then make a layer with the meat mixture. Make another row of tortillas, then finish off with rest of meat mixture. Top with grated cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Teriyaki Meatballs
Any type of Meat Loaf (I like to experiment and try different things!)
Ground Beef and Turnips (Southern thing-great over rice)
My special Rice Dressing (Or dirty rice as some call it)
Mexican Ground Beef over rice (GB, cilantro, cumin, worcesteshire, diced carrots)
Ground Beef and Potatoes
Stuffed Bell Peppers (My personal fav.... YUM!)
Cabbage Rolls (Another personal fav)
Stuffed grape leaves
Burritos instead of taco night
Taco salad
Salsbury Steak w/ gravy(super easy and yummy with mashed potatoes)
Another version of country fried steaks
Empanadas (my version of ground beef stuffed puff pastries-fried or baked)
Anyway, I could go on and on. I am Cajun and was raised in the kitchen. My passion IS cooking. I have a few recipes featured on Allrecipes.com and I was asked to do their traveling cooking show. I had to turn it down though because we moved to Texas and they were going to be in Vegas. I still wanna cry about that! If only they would have gotten back to me before October!
I use ground beef and ground turkey a lot. I buy it in bulk and portion it into bags and freeze it. Any recipes you want to my ideas, let me know!
