Reposting from PAL
I just went to the bathroom and there was some red blood.... so now I am freakin out.
I noticed today I was not feeling sick as I had the last couple days and now I am a little crampy (but that could be in my head because I saw blood).
I don't know what to do I hate to pay a lot of money and go to the ER because there is nothing they can do anyway right???
Do I only go in if bleeding is over a certain amount?
I am lost on what to do.

Lindsey I would defiantly go to the ER they can check your progesterone levels and if they are low they can start you on that right away. I know there are lots of ladies that spot early & throughout their pregnancy and they go on to have healthy babies. I'm praying for you and your bean!

how much blood is it? I started to bleed at 7 weeks 2 days in my last pregnancy, bright red blood...I found out that I had an SCH...I bled a lot for the next couple of weeks before I miscarried, but the baby still grew in those weeks...I'm just saying this because sometimes things like that happen and it doesn't mean you'll miscarry...I read of a lot of people that bled and gone on to have healthy babies...They probably wouldn't do much for you at the ER, but it might make you feel better to go...I really hope it's nothing...I'll be praying for you

I'm with Katie, that if it's a progesterone problem, they can do something to help with that! Please go get it checked out if you can! STAY PUT, BEAN! Lindsey loves you, she will give you such a fantastic home! Fight to stay! I don't know what I believe in exactly, but as soon as I finish posting this I'm going to ask Drew to have a chat with your little bean <3 Send lots of love vibes his/her way, try and do some relaxing breathing exercises, rest... And have DH drive you to the ED.

I know that when I went to the ER they didn't give me any blood tests and didn't even want to give me an ultrasound...I had to cry and throw a fit to get an ultrasound...So if you do go, please stand up to them and make them do something to at least see what's happening (((hugs)))

Thanks ladies. I went back again and there was nothing. The blood I had was less than a dime size spot on my TP... but just enough to freak me out.
I did have spotting early on with DD... but it happened on a weekday and I was able to get in ASAP.
If I do go to the ER I will have to go alone because DD is in bed and I do not wish to drag her to the hospital.
I am just going to keep an eye out for more bleeding and if it gets worse I will go in. If I see more spotting I think will call Monday to see if my DR can get me in instead of watiing until Thursday.

Lindsey, I hope it was just spotting from an irritated cervix. It can happen from DTD, being on your feet too much, lifting something heavy, or even going to the bathroom. Keep an eye on it- my fingers are crossed for you!

Lindsey, I hope the spotting is nothing and hopefully it stays away. Try to rest and drink lots of water. Did your infection clear up? If not that might have something to do with it.

They did cultures and all kinds of tests and could not find anything wrong. We think its a soap or laundry detergent allergy. The nurse told me to put diaper cream on when bothered and I started washing my undies in baby detergent.
No more spotting since that one time.... so I am hoping everything is good. I had spotting with DD at the end of 5 weeks so that gives me hope. But I did have a hard poo poo when it happen so maybe that had something to do with it?
It's not from DTD because its been about 2 weeks since that..lol
I am debating on trying to get seen tomorrow or just wait until my Thursday appointment. My baby sitter is on vacation and hubby asked for Thursday off and tommorow is to quick to get off so I would have to take a 3yr old with me. If it was a abdonminal ultrasound I would take her but I really dont want to answer those questions..lol
