Yep just keep at it. If you keep stopping everytime you O for 2 weeks you won't make progress. Your baby is safe if you did concieve. I was doing 60-90 min workouts before I found out that I was preggers. The only reason I stopped is because I am so dizzy and because Dr said no high impact due to my history. Working out actually helps. I am having a better pregnancy for the first time in 5 pregnancies and I think its because I was working out before we got pregnant. I hope to start back up again soon. Thanks for the info girls. I have decided to pick up my exercise a bit and good to know it won't effect TTC.
