Is anyone else obsessed with BDing? I was going to do the sperm meets egg plan this month, but I can't get the thought out of my mind that If I don't bd every night that I will miss the eggie even though my opk's are negative. I wasn't going to BD last night after a neg opk but then my mind started going OMG what if I ovulate tomorrow and miss it. Is it ok to BD every night about 24hrs apart or should be do it every 48hrs?

Depends on your husband. If there's a low sperm count issue, it should be every other day. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

I don't think that he has a low sperm count, he has never had it tested..

Yep like she said as long as his sperm count is good BD as much as you want Now if his is low or anything then they recommend every other day. Good luck hun and I hope you catch that eggie!
