AF was due Tuesday and she has not shown. Yet I've taken test after test and they are negative. My cycles have always been very regular 28/29 days. The only time they've been late was when I was pregnant. Any ideas why this suddenly could be going on?

Am I remembering right that you have a later ovulation (like CD20)? If you ovulated on CD20 this cycle, you might not expect AF (or a BFP ) until CD34 or so.

after a loss our bodies can actually change. I went from a faithful 21 day cycle for 15+ years to a 24/25 day cycle. Also sometimes it can take a few months for your body to balance out and go back to normal for you.

((Hugs)) I know how frustrating it can be!

Yes, I got a postive OPK on day 20. Just don't get it cause last month I also got a + on day 20/21 and still got AF on day 29.

This is craziness! I have my first RE appt on Monday, so I guess I'll talk with him about it if it still hasn't shown.

Your LP after you ovulate should be 12-14 days for a pregnancy to actually take so it might be a good thing AF hasn't arrived yet hun. And I agree with the other ladies that your body could have changed since having a m/c. I know it is VERY frustrating hugs!

would my body change all of a sudden though? I had my loss in September, so I've had 3 cycles already that were my typical length.

You can have unusual cycles every now and then. I think pretty much everyone does, especially after a loss. It's frustrating, but usually nothing major is wrong. And like Katie said, maybe it's a good thing your LP is longer than last cycle. I hope your missing AF turns into a BFP.

It's definitely possible your cycle is just wacky this time around. I normally O between cd16-18. Last cycle I O'd on cd24. This cycle I was back to cd16/17. I agree with Katie that it's a good thing that AF hasn't come yet, because it means your LP is getting longer than it was last month.
