*Update: Pic added post #9
I am totally freaking out. I am trying to calm myself down, but I'm in tears of panic, excitement, fear, and happiness all at the same time.
I haven't had AF since my mc, and I figured she would show any day now. I haven't had any of my typical pregnancy signs- no sore boobs, no frequent peeing, nothing. Since we have only had sex a couple of times this month and I purposely avoided when I saw ewcm, I was pretty sure I wasn't preggo. We went out on a date last night, and even though I only had two drinks, I was pretty tipsy since I hadn't had a drink in awhile (and one was a very strong martini). I even had a slight hangover of a headache this morning.
Tonight while I was making dinner I realized I was really nauseated and ran to the bathroom to dry heave. I thought to myself that I shouldn't be nauseated now from the two drinks last night, because I felt fine this afternoon. I hadn't taken any vitamins, which can sometimes make me nauseated. Why the heck am I nauseated? I had only one IC pregnancy test left, which I was saving to use for future cycles only if I was late with AF, so I didn't want to use it. However, I had a whole bag full of IC ovulation tests. I decided to use one, and the test line came back darker than the control line almost instantly. I thought, I can't believe that I'd be ovulating now- I don't have any other signs of ovulation. So that's when I broke down and decided to use the pregnancy test, and it came back positive, just as dark as the control line, almost instantly. The first thing I thought was "oh crap, I was drunk last night and I'm pregnant!" To make things worse, I haven't been taking my vitamins regularly. I'm terrified.
Do you think that there is any chance that my hcg from my miscarriage could have gone back up? I took a pregnancy test (same brand) about a week after my miscarriage and it was almost negative (very, very faint line), and I know I had already passed most of the "products of conception" the first day of my miscarriage.
I have a dilemma in that I told myself that I never wanted to have a beta hcg done again. The betas just made me worried with my last pregnancy. I'm debating whether to call my ob on Monday or just wait 2-3 weeks and see what happens.

It sounds very promising (And don't worry about the drinks ). The only way to know for sure that it's a new pregnancy is either beta tests or an u/s (depending on how far along you are). I agree with Tobi, I would make an appointment to figure it out.

Missy, I asked my hubby to stop at the store and buy an Answer test on the way home. If it is positive, I'll post a pic. I took a pic of the IC on my phone, but it is blurry.
I'm convinced that this can't be right. I just went and looked at myself in the mirror, and my breasts are definitely not enlarged, they aren't tender, nothing. I've never been pregnant and not had breast swelling.

He just came home from the store with some Answer tests, and the Answer test was positive, too. It is as dark as it was when I was 17/19 dpo last time. Here is a pic of both the Answer and the IC (the IC had been darker, but it was sitting out in the air for about 4 hours before I took the pic):
