I started to lose my little one, had an u/s as well that day that showed my worst fears... 
I would be going into my 12th week tomorrow, about to embark on the 2nd trimester milestone.

Missy, I noticed my ticker and I was like d.amn... really? Already?
I'm sorry ladies, but I don't want to be in TTCAL much longer... ready to be done with ttcal our first and move into the next chapter of PAL then holding our LO after a quick hard natural labor, breastfeeding and pumping... then enjoying every age stage  ahhhh!
Might go ahead and order my opks, hpts & maybe even preseed (I just don't want to be "too wet" I don't have a problem with that when turned on by DH I?YKWIM)
So Missy should I start up the supplements again or try something new?

This is going to sound crazy but you will start to feel a little better in a few weeks after you ovulate. Once you are in the 2ww again some hope is restored and you even out a little.
Its up to you babe, I did soy 160mg cd 3 -7 and been taking 75 mg of DHEA. Used opk's and DTD the 2 days before and day of O so I did all I could... just waiting now.
((hugs)) I know how sucky this is... Its like enough already. Uggggggg

I have a friend IRL that got her BFP about one month before me. When I see her, I am only reminded just where I should be in my pregnancy. It makes me soooo sad. It really sucks that any of us have to go through this.

Im sorry.
I should be 27 weeks tomorrow. When I went in for my ultrasound the nurse said "wait im confused because you really don't look 24 weeks". UGH they never changed my status in the computer even though they are the ones who did my D&C. I had finally stopped counting the weeks until she reminded me of it.
