Hi ladies, I haven't been around much lately bc I've been busy with work and the horrible weather we've been having here in PA...anyways, I'm currently going through my RPL workup and so far have had CD3 bloods and my hysteroscopy. The hysteroscopy was literally PAINLESS, so if anybody ever needs to have one, do it!! My results from the hyster came back perfect; my RE said I have a "gorgeous uterus" and "A+ mucus". LOL!

I posted about my CD3 bloods in another thread bc I was freaking out about them (my FSH and LH were very low, and my E2 was high), but it turns out there was an explanation - I O'ed on CD9, the day of my hysteroscopy. The RE did bloodwork to confirm (two days in a row), and said that if this is my "new pattern", I will start on clomid to help me O later. This is the second cycle in a row I've O'ed on CD9, which is so weird for me since I usually O on CD17-18 and have a clockwork 30 day cycle. I'll get my mid-luteal progesterone checked this week, and then CD3's re-done again next cycle to see where we're headed. We're still on hold for TTC right now, but at least we are moving forward. Thanks for reading!!

I'm glad that you have a good uterus and that your doctors are looking into what may be wrong! I hope the clomid works when you're ready to TTC again!

Here they are missy....

FSH - 1.8
LH - 2.7
Prog - 0.5
E2 - 84

At first she was worried about the E2, but after they figured out that I O'ed a week early, she chalked it off to my body being on "fast-forward" to ovulation. I have to repeat them next cycle (which will be in a week and half) to see if they've regulated at all. Her thinking is that my hormones are still messed up from the losses. I hope she's right!!

If you are o'ing around CD9 then I don't think your E2 levels are off at all. Yeah, it seems a little high but how many follies were growing? Did they do a cd3 ultrasound? Your E2 may also be a little higher because you were producing a lot of follies early on as well.

And your FSH is outstanding! I wish I had FSH levels like that! I never paid attention to LH (unless on pee sticks) so I don't know what is normal and your progesterone is good and low which is perfect for being so early in your cycle.

You got this! How soon until you can TTC?

ps. Clomid can also raise your FSH so it looks like a good plan!

Aww thanks missy, that is really reassuring!! I have been googling my brains out for the past week and scaring the crap out of myself.

She didn't do a CD3 ultrasound just bc this was my first time doing bloodwork and they wanted to see where I was at. Maybe next time? The nurse said my bloodwork on friday (checking for O) was "unclear" - my LH was low, my prog. was 1.5, and my E2 was 79 - so I had to repeat on Saturday. She didn't give me numbers on Saturday, but she said I "very clearly ovulated" on Friday, so I guess that's good as far as the hormone levels go??

We MAY be able to TTC next cycle, depending on my next round of bloodwork. I can't wait to see what my prog is this week - the RE seems to think this may be my problem since it was so low with my last pg.

The doctors don't usually do a CD3 ultrasound. My RE did but that was just because they were really looking at me because of my age.

If you o'ed and your progesterone was only 1.5 (even though it was raised from the .5 before o) then it looks like it is an issue. I would ask if you can take progesterone from the day after you o each cycle. That would give you the boost you need. I hope that is what it is for you, such an easy fix!

Keep us updated, but it sounds like you are totally headed down the right path now.
