Because I was a freak and POAS at 4 dpo I am now starting to make probably rash and stupid judgements about a couple very faint lines I got yesterday. But I read that a very early positive can be caused by ectopic pregnancy. And since yesterday afternoon I hav been noticing pinching or light stabbing type pain where my left ovary might be, which is also the one I felt O pains in this month. And today I have also felt a little lightheaded and had an episode of stabbing pains in my left shoulder. I hope I'm just imagining this but now I'm really wondering if this could be my deal here. If anyone has experienced ectopic pregnancy can you please share advice for me. Thanks!!

I think the best thing to do is call your doctor. Even though some people have been through it, your doctor is the one you should listen to. Also, I think they can be dangerous if they rupture (I don't know for sure) so waiting around is not a good idea.

But I am not even sure if the doctor would be able to see anything yet. Either way please do call them if you have these concerns.

I had an ectopic outside the tubes in September.

what the ladies have said before me.

It's too early anyways to see anything no to mention to create any damage if it was... they would need to do quant beta testing and get 3 or more draws to see what the hCG levels are doing.

So yes, you need to call your doctor and get an appt then go from there, let them make those judgements based on your concerns of what you're feleing.

Good luck and I hope you don't have to go thru it.

I've lost a tube due to an ectopic pregnany @ 9wks.
