My RE appointment went pretty well...I guess... They didn't do anything, just gave me the game plan which, after all I have learned on here from you fine ladies, I could have guessed. I just started this cycle last week...i'm on cd5...so the testing can't begin until next cycle which should be first few days of march. So they will do blood testing and ultrasound sometime cd2-4, then the test to look at my tubes and uterus to make sure there isn't any blockage. DH is also getting a SA done. All pretty standard. Hopefully I will get some answers soon. I did like the doctor tho; he was nice and optimisic while still being realistic. We'll see what happens...

That sucks that you missed it all by 2 days Can they get some of the testing done now? Like the initial bloodwork, the SA and some of the other testing? Are they doing a sonohis? They can do that this month.

That way you are not overwhelmed with everything all at once. My first month at the RE was a whirlwind, I was at the RE's office every few days!

Kristin, I'm glad you felt really prepared- it can be overwhelming. I agree with Missy, if you wanted to, you could definitely get the SA, the HSG, and some of the bloodwork done this month. Sounds like a good appointment!
