I am thinking of just doing the small sausages wrapped in bacon and broiled. It is simple and quick to make and my guys all love them.

I really need to go to the food store and get meats.

I am going to make some meatballs with brown gravy and going to steam some broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce. Maybe a nice salad to go with it.

Tonight is leftovers. Tomorrow night however is sauerbraten that has been marinating/pickling since Saturday! Probably will make braised red cabbage and some kind of potato to go with.

Oh wait...let me wake up from my carbohydrate induced coma here...

My dinner was rotisserie chicken (easy), green beans (healthy) and homemade french bread with butter and honey. Or perhaps I ought to clarify that my dinner really was homemade french bread with butter and honey, a few green beans and a few bites of chicken.

I am stuffed...
