This is my son Corey who is 20. I have been closest with him.
This is my best friend Muriel. We have been friends for 14 years. I know I can go to her and pull out the worst skeletons from the closet and she will still be right by my side. We have had some pretty crazy times over the years.

This is me at a church girls' camp just after I graduated from high school with my two best friends Telima (center) and Audrei
I moved to Vegas when I was 16 and I've been friends with them ever since.
And me and my husband on our wedding day (6 years this June)

Old pic from high school. Me and my besties. I'm on the end in the pink sweater then the blond next to me is Kelly and on top with the dark hair is Shelly. Kelly and I have been friends since 6th grade, met Shelly in Jr. high. so drumroll- we have been friends for .........
almost 30 years!
And I also keep up with the other three on FB.

My friend Jennifer is on the left, and Laura is on the right. This is from my baby shower back in Louisiana, they threw it for me. Jennifer and I have been friends since Jr. High, and Laura and I since freshman year of high school, and we were all three very close and still are.
And my friend Trisha is here on the left, friends since 1st grade. We still keep in touch on FB and see each other when I go back to Louisiana, but we're not as close anymore as, say, Laura and me. Laura and I are still VERY close. But Trisha's my longest friend

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.

This is a picture of my mom and me when we went to Walt Disney World. My mom knew me the longest and my mom was my best friend. When she passed away she took part of me with her.

My mom (with the lights of her life- her grandbabies) is the person I've been closest to for the longest. I love her more than words can express. We almost lost her to a heart attack 5 years ago when she turned 50, and I learned a lot about exactly how much she means to me. Sadly our relationship has suffered a bit in the last 2.5 years because of my sister, brother, and father. She is an enabler and allows them to treat her like garbage and continues to help them all. the. time. I've had to distance myself just a little, so that I don't wind up going to jail for triple homicide.
DH is the other person that I've been closest to for the longest. We've been together since I was 16 (almost 15 years) and I can't imagine life without him.

my sister- although we disagree alot i know she always has my back and I have hers
My Gram- She is always like a second mom to me I love her so much! I can tell her anything and she always seems to understand
My Mom- We have a very special relationship she is like my best friend

This is me and my best friend Theresa. We have been friends since the 6th grade! We are total opposites but I think that is why we work so well together. This picture is several years old but it is the only one I could find.
