What all do you take to help with TTC? Its hard for me to recall what all I took when I was TTC before. I know I do prenatal pills for sure.

Does anyone know how much folic acid you should take? Right now I am taking just 400 but I think you can do much more then that. Also I remember taking B6 for something to do with helping not have a m/c but I don't remember why I took it.
Any advise on what everyone is taking would be great.

I take Geritol as my daily vitamin -- there's some old wive's tale that says it's like baby in a bottle I use B6 to lengthen my luteal phase, and I take extra Folic Acid to be safe. I try to drink a glass of orange juice when I take them because vitamin C helps the body to absorb folic acid. If I don't have OJ handy that day then I take a vit C pill with the Folic acid, but I only do that after ovulation, because I've heard too much C can make your CM hostile.

This cycle I'm going to add fish oil and DHA and/or DHEA, not sure... And DH is going to take zinc, selenium, L-carnitine, L-arganine, fish oil, DHA and/or DHEA, and his daily multivitamin.

Other than that I temp, use OPKs, chart CM, use Pre (but not Pre-Seed), and pee on sticks like a maniac
