So... Um... Something just feels unhealthy about taking so many pills. I feel like I'm overloading mine and DH's poor little bodies! This is the list I came up with:
DH:
Multivitamin
B complex
E
C (x2)
Zinc
L-Arginine (x2)
L-Carnitine (x2)
CoQ10
(And I would totally add selenium if I could find it)
Me:
Multivitamin
B complex
B6
E
D
DHA
DHEA (x3)
When I got pregnant with Drew, I wasn't on ANYthing. Not even a daily multivitamin... And I didn't use Pre-Seed. And we didn't time BD. I didn't even use OPKs. Now here I am going all pill-crazy, trying to make it happen... My little head is swirling. Ugh.

I'm sorry, Erin. I know how it feels. It does seem like we are crazy sometimes, but it will all be worth it in the end.

I went pill crazy for a while. Then while we lived with my in-laws for a few months I went off all the pills and just took a ttc break. That was when we got pregnant with our angel.

I could probably do without the E, D, and B Complex. I take the extra B6 because, even with the B6, my LP is only 11 days. I don't think the DHA is something Geritol would cover.
What about DH? I hate asking him to take so many pills, especially if I'm not taking that many myself. Maybe for him, the E and the B Complex could go? I like the extra C because it was higher dosages of C that were shown to affect sperm.

I hate taking a lot of pills too. It bothers me like I am going to screw something up!
I've got soooo many bottles of pills over the last two years from ttc, being pregnant, post pregnancy/csection, post m/c....I think I could probably open my own pharmacy haha.
Good luck

I've been having the same feeling lately. Neither of us took anything to conceive DS, DD, or our 3 angels and now we're both taking a ton of stuff. I'm starting to wonder if we're going to mess things up, and if it's worth it. Great big to you.
