an overbust corset?

I bought one today and am trying to figure out how to lace it up myself so I don't ruin DH's surprise!

I wear corsets for the Renaissance Festival.
The most important thing to remember is the laces determine what the girls are going to do...if you want them "up" lace from the bottom up...and if you just want them covered, lace from the top down.

Good luck and have fun!!!

That's the easiest way!
Start your lacing at the bottom...don't worry about where they're at...(that sounds funny...lol)

Once you have the laces done, then bend at the waist and get everyone where they belong.

So I tried it. Just with jeans on to see what DH would say. He stared at me and I thought "I did good". Instead he said that makes your butt look even bigger!!

He sent me tulips to work and took me to lunch so he's working his way out. We'll be even after tonight since I'm leaving him alone to go work a basketball game. Our high school is in the regional playoffs and parents in the south get violent when it comes to sports!

Maybe he likes big butts and cannot lie....

....and his other brothers can't deny that with a itty bitty waist and a round thing in their face they get sprung?

I can't even imagine my husband saying somethign like that. Despite the humor...it sucks when they say hurtful things. That would be like a woman pulling down her husband's pants and saying, wow, you certainly are puny, aren't you?

Even though I put in a joke, I actually meant it. Maybe he DOES like big butts and it was a compliment. I don't really know him, so I have no idea. I know I am often misunderstood (I come off the wrong way sometimes), so I usually ask when someone says something "hurtful" to make sure what the intent was.
