Since I quit smoking, I gained 20lbs and feel very fat. My husband was trying to explain to me that he still thinks I am beautiful and I will lose the weight blah blah blah....
I told him I felt like a weeble. Did anyone play with these?

I LOVED weeble wobbles. Whenever my daughter falls over, I call her a weeble wobble. A lot of times, people look at me oddly, because they have no clue what they are. LOL
Also, I quit smoking in Oct. after 17 years. I gaines 10 pounds too. It's a small price to pay for cleaner lungs. Take pride in quitting. I KNOW how hard it is, so GOOD JOB!!
P.S. I would have taken my ticker off, but don't know how. Hope this doesn't offend!

I am so proud of you!!! I just passed my 4 year milestone in December.
I am sure the stress from your recent loss and TTC has a lot to do with the weight as well.
I gained 10 pounds the last couple months before I got pregnant just from stress eating.

I loved Weeble Whobbles! I had a playset that we only kept at my grandma's house- good memories!
Missy, congrats on sticking with being smoke free. My mom also gained a lot of weight when she quit smoking, but she was eventually able to lose it.

Missy, when I saw the title of your post I thought it was going to be about how strong all of the ladies on this board are because no matter what life throws at us, we keep on trying for our dreams- maybe being a Weeble isn't a bad thing at all
PS. You are doing so awesome with quitting smoking!!!!! Don't let a little weight get you down.
