I have been cramping a little today...nothing major but just feels like the normal cramping you get when pregnant.
Just went to the bathroom and wiped and I am spotting pink
I am so sad.
Last night, I tried cutting my prometrium 200 mg in half (bc I was going to take half vaginally) and when I tried to cut it, it busted open. Apparently they are liquid inside and I didnt know. I inserted it vaginally so it wouldn't be wasted. I know Prometrium can cause spotting however, it seems like I would have started spotting last night or earlier in the day.
I just have a feeling this isn't good news...I think it's over. I don't want to give up hope but this is hard.
I am probably going to show up to my doctors office when they open in the morning and ask for an u/s.
It sucks because I just want to bawl but almost feel like I can't.

I know it's hard but try to stay positive. Progesterone used vaginally can irritate your cervix and cause spotting. It's pink and not red so stay strong hun.

I really hope it's just from the progesterone...I had a couple days of spotting, and just a few days ago one streak of pink in my CM, and i'm pretty sure it was from the progesterone....I'll be praying for you (((hugs)))

None of this fear and sadness, okay? I love you and your little bean, and I can only imagine how scary this must be for you. I'll be praying and checking back for what the doc's office says.

I'm new round these parts but I just wanted to send you some virtual hugs. Try not to jump the gun. Spotting is common in early pregnancy and like others have said it may be the progesterone. But I know how scary it can be and how hard it is not to worry, I'm sending up a prayer for you, KUP!

Don't give up just yet friend.....like the others have said, spotting in early pregnancy is normal and doesn't necessarily mean the worst. Good luck this morning at the doc....

Hey everyone,
Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. My doctors office isn't taking patients today because the doctors are busy with staff meetings at the hospital and the clinic.. Figures right?
So all they could do for me today is send me to the hospital for labs. I got an hcg and progesterone draw. I am waiting to hear back from the doctors office on my hcg level. The progesterone has to be sent out.
My HCG on feb 4th @ 6 weeks 1 day (the day we saw the HB) was 3891...so by my calculations today they should be close to 100,000...more around 128,000 give or take a little bit?
Also, I went ahead and went to work this morning. I did some moving around so it seems like I would have had more "flow" today if it was a m/c? I don't know. The spotting has slowed down...there is still color on the tp when I wipe but it is light brown/pink and there isn't much of it so I pray that is a good sign. I am still very worried though. I am also still cramping some.
Anyway I will update with the HCG number when I have it. Hopefully soon. Their office closes at 5 so I assume it should be anytime now. Also hopefully they will still have me come in tomm. morning for an u/s. I don't want to be worried all weekend long.
