Originally when I talked to my RE after my last loss, they told me to call at the start of my cycle when we wanted to start up again and I could get right in.
Well.... today I called them because AF is due tomorrow, and typically it starts int he afternoon, so they would already be gone, and they usually want me to come in on CD 3. But the person I talked to today, checked and he wants to do a full 1 hour work up on me, so I have to wait till March 11th!!!!! Which means unless I somehow get lucky and get pregnant this next cycle, means no 2011 baby.

So freaking frustrated right now!!!

Really??? I would protest that. It is not like you have not been seen before there. Call back and tell them what you just told us.

At this point unless they saw me by Monday (which is what I was expecting as they have you call on CD1 and see you on CD3) earlier would be pointless.
I think the first person I talked to didn't bother checking my record to see it's been since June of 2009- which was when I transferred my care to the perinatolgist, or she just had no clue what she was talking about.
March 11th will be CD 21 (ish) or 7DPO so it will either be a waste of time if I get pregnant this next cycle, or give us a week lead time.

I really love this RE, he's quirky as all hell, but he gets results. Some people don't like him because he's pretty aggressive in treatments But he has lived it. His wife just gave birth to their second child- who was conceived through IVF with several failed cycles. So he knows the heartbreak and frustration of infertility. Unlike another local RE who has 8 kids, because if he looks at his wife wrong, she gets pregnant.
