I'm so close to a + OPK right now that I can EASILY assume I'll get it today, no question.

I've pretty much always been a late ovulator. My first few cycles off BCP I O'd CD 18-19 for a few cycles, then I started Oing CD 20-27.

My first real cycle after Drew, I O'd CD 21 (80mg soy cd 5-9)
Second cycle, I O'd CD 19 (160mg soy cd 5-9)

This cycle, if I get a + OPK today, I predict I will O tomorrow or the next day, putting ovulation on CD 15 or 16, moving it up by FIVE TO SIX DAYS and into a MUCH healthier range. This cycle I did/am doing 160mg soy cd 3-7 and 75mg DHEA daily.

Holy Moly! Soy & DHEA cocktail, for all you late ovulators!!!

Wow very cool!! Where do you get soy and DHEA? Do you only take if for a certain amount of time? I am on CD 14 and no where near ovulation yet. Ugg! Wishing you lots of baby dust!
