So I had never heard of vitex or at least I thought. Read about it on the TTC board and then read more about it and realized I have some in my house lol!! I use to take it about 2 months ago to deal with all my issues with my tubes being tied and it worked very well. Mine is named chaste tree though so I didn't realize it was the same thing right away. From what I understand it helps make your cycle more regular so now I have started taking it hoping it will make me ovulate! I normally had 28 day cycles before my surgery. Of course when I couldn't TTC they were wonderful like clockwork ovulating very quickly after my period. Now my first month TTC and NOTHING!!

SO as you can tell I am getting a bit inpatient waiting to O lol. I keep taking OPK's everyday and nothing not even close!! I think next month I am going to temp too lol. I want to start using the FAM method anyways even after we have another baby so better to start practicing that lol.

Sorry to ramble on just want to see is anyone using vitex/chaste tree?? Has it helped you ovulate early or on time?

I have never used that but I hope it works for you like it did previously

I used it all of one month it did move my O date up by a day or two.

I used it for a month and it did nothing for me except make my stomach upset. I hope it works for you!!
