Ok, I am baffled. I got my first post-miscarriage AF last Saturday at only 9-10 DPO. It was somewhat lighter than my usual periods, but I chalked that up to having a super short LP. The last day of AF (CD4), I had a little spotting mixed in with what seemed like EWCM. Yesterday (CD5) I seemed to have more EWCM, so I took an OPK and it was almost positive. I was confused at that and took and HPT for just the heck of it and it was negative. I was planning on doing soy this cycle and took my first dose of 80 mg last night.

Now this morning (CD6) I am still having what I would call watery/ EWCM. I took another OPK and I'd have to say it is positive or extreeeeeeeeeeeeeemely close. .

I have no clue what is going on. I'm not really gearing up to O on CD6, am I? (I typically O no earlier than CD18). That wouldn't even be healthy ,would it? I am totally confused. Should I keep taking the soy?

I am halfway wondering if I actually O'd last cycle at all. Was my AF just some (heavy) mid-cycle spotting? But why did I have a thermal shift if that is the case?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! ?

The title of your post could apply to me also. I am definitely experiencing some off kilter stuff too. Not exactly the same as yours, but still I have no idea what day I am on. I bled/spotted for 2 weeks after my miscarriage. Then I had one week of nothing (hallelujah) then I had 5 weeks of spotting with heavier bleeding at the tail end, which I assumed was my period. I took OPKs the whole time and never got a positive. I stopped bleeding on 2/11 then another week of nothing, figuring I was going to ovulate. WRONG. I am now bleeding again, but it definitely feels more like a period, so I am HOPING that I am back to normal, but who knows.

I know how frustrating and annoying it is.

I would stop taking the soy and BD. I think your Oing and hopefully 1 day of soy won't mess that up. Our bodies are so wacky after a m/c that I'm not sure but it sounds like your Oing.

I agree with Katie. Quit the soy and get to BDing!
The first couple of cycles can be wacky as our bodies reset themselves.

Thanks ladies I guess we will get busy BDing tonight. But I have a feeling this is going to be a "bad egg"

I guess I didn't think such an early loss would screw up my body to this degree. I feel like I'm never going to get pregnant again.

I know it's hard to stay positive but try to be hopeful! Any loss can screw up your cycle because your hormones get thrown off course

Well, I had a temp spike this morning. Did I actually O on CD 6? Heck if I know. I've already tried putting a few fake high temps in FF for the next few days and it didn't give me crosshairs. Time will tell, I guess.

If I DID in fact O, and I have a short LP again, I could get AF again on CD 15 or 16 I think I'm going to be calling my doctor after this cycle.
