I'm curious what would happen if I let the TTCAL community decide when and how frequently I would test. I think this sounds fun, but we'll see how the participation goes...

Every day I'll post a poll asking if I can POAS the next day, as well as how frequently. I'll also give information like how I'm feeling emotionally, how many DPO I am, and a link to my chart so you can see my temps.

One little cheater aside is that I WILL test at 7 DPO, which will be March 2. That's when we got our BFP with Drew, and while I realize 7 DPO is way too early and will almost absolutely be negative, I'm gonna give it a go anyway. But that doesn't mean that I have to keep testing once I start.

So here goes! Please vote in my poll and tell me when I get to take my first test. (Let it be known that I have about 75 IC preg tests, 2 FRERs I can use to confirm, and plan to go buy a digi so I have it handy to show DH, so don't consider financial implications when deciding if I should test or not )

I think you should wait tell 7dpo but the fact that you have 75 IC....well I would go ahead and start at 4dpo if it was me. LOL and that is because I know how I am. If you can hold out though then wait tell 7dpo. I would take a FRER tell 9 dpo if you can wait lol.

I voted for 5dpo! My motto is test early and test often but 4 dpo is too early- even for me! LOL But then I think you should test every day using both FMU and then SMU. Good luck!

How about an option to test at 7dpo (just to humor you), and then WAIT again until 12 dpo?

Jessica, I bought two big bundles for super cheap, and a sample of ICs from a different website out of curiosity..

Maria, POAS PUSHER!!!

Kitty, I'll be posting a new poll every day starting on 7 DPO asking people if I should test at 8 DPO or not, and continue like that through either AF or a BFP. So if people vote for me not to test till AF is late, well, that's just what I'll have to do! Although I reeeaaaally hope that's not the case *fingers crossed*

You are still in my prayers and I pray this is your cycle Hun. However, I couldn't vote. I say wait till 10 dpo. I think 7 is too early and I would be sad if you got a negative on Drew's bfp date.

I'm praying you only need to use one of those tests and it will be your bfp!

I voted 5 dpo because well, first of all I am a total poas addict myself and you have a lot of tests so that is no big deal. and secondly there was a girl in aip that got a bfp at 5dpo! I need to go find the thread. BRB

Here is the thread of her progression hpt's.

Those are crazy... Her chart is strange, makes it look like she got a + OPK the day she ovulated and the day after. But yeah, those 5 & 6 DPO OPKs definitely have something if they're inverted!

Well Erin - to me its as good an excuse as any to test! (as long as it does not make you depressed to see a bfn that early)

I went with 6 because it just seems less POAS pusherish to me.
