I only charted 1 month and it was the month I got pregnant so i don't know much about it.

When you have a miscarriage when do you start charting? Do you wait for your first period? Or do you start once the miscarriage bleeding starts?

I wanted to start charting and get a good couple months to compaire for when I start to TTC again.
But was not sure when to start because I know once I have the miscarriage it could be up to 2 months before I get my period back so not sure if that would be reliable month.

I have no idea. I don't even know if I am ovulating anymore. I think most people count the miscarriage as day one, but I've never been much of a charter anyway. Post-miscarriage, I have been tracking everything.

I chart as soon as the m/c happens. I like keeping a record of everything though.

I charted right from the day the bleeding started. That way I could keep track of everything that was happening with my body, not knowing what exactly to expect.

I started charting the first day I started bleeding with my m/c, counting that as CD 1. I didn't temp until awhile into that cycle, just to give myself a break. I'm glad I've been charting b/c my body has now gone bonkers (ovulated on CD23 after my m/c and now I'm on the next cycle and I O'd on CD6)

I also started charting right away and counted the day of my D&C as CD1. Even if you have a weird cycle, you can get yourself into the habit of temping.

I have also counted my first day of MC bleeding as CD1. I'm not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do but like some PPs, I want to keep track of what my body is up to. I find that temping is such a helpful tool.

Thanks ladies... So when and if this miscarriage ever gets started I will start right then.

My body is messing with my mind so bad... my boobs started hurting and the extreme tiredness has come back... STUPID HORMONES.
I took a HPT just to see if I could tell if my levels are dropping and the test line is still strong as ever
This is just driving me nuts!!!!!

I started bleeding today and counted this as CD1. I charted for a few months before ttc and it was really helpful in knowing what was going on with my body. I will start temping once the bleeding has stopped since I temp vaginally and the thought of doing that while bleeding is too icky for me.
