I'm supposed to go for cd23 bloodwork tomorrow to test Progesterone, TSH, and Prolactin. However based on my opks and CBEFM I haven't O'd yet. I think I got a positive today when I got home from work. So should I wait a week and then go? I just don't get what my body is doing.

I would call your doctor and ask if you should go. The progesterone should definitely be done 7 dpo, the others can be done anytime.

I agree with Missy! They can also test when you go to see if you have ovulated. KUP!

You should still go. The doc wants and needs a record of whether or not you've Od by now in order to help you and the progesterone reading will tell her that. But I would tell her what you told us.
Remember that determining whether your progesterone is sufficient for 7dpo is not the only reason for testing it. They also want to know in general whether you've Od by CD21 or CD23 because this matters for your treatment.
