Cool!
I just finished planning my trip to Disney. You should see my calendar. People would think I am some sort of vacation dictator, but it's good to have plans.

Why not? Don't you hate it when you end up with a conversation like this:
Quote:
What do you want to do?
I don't know, what do you wan to do?
I don't know. Doesn't really matter to me.
We could do x.
I don't know, x could be crowded and blah blah blah.
So, what do you want to do then?
Doesn't matter.
Apparently it does. Figure out what you want to do and then tell me and we'll do it.
Fine, we can do x.
No, you already said you didn't want to. What do YOU want to do?
I said it's fine, let's go do x.
Gah!
|
In my family, if you don't say "We're going to Magic Kingdom today" then we have the above conversation. Every. Freaking. Time. I think you really don't want to travel with my mother (the other end of that conversation).
Anyway, I do all of this so that I don't have to think about anything when I am down there, and I only do this for Disney World. You can't eat at your favorite restaurants without arranging the priority seating 60-90 days in advance unless you want to eat dinner at 8:00 PM all the time. And it's stupid to pick to eat lunch in the Magic Kingdom if you're going to be in Epcot, so you kinda have to know where you're going in order to know where to eat.
If we end up not sticking to the schedule, I don't care. I just like to have a plan.

Yay for BD-ing Katie!!!
We chose Red Lobster I had some pretty delicious blackened halibut. My favorite! We also shared something called a lobsterita. It was by far the biggest margarita I have EVER seen! When I ordered it, I had no idea it would be so huge, which is why we ended up sharing!

Yum, I love Red Lobster. I am trying to decide if I have any motivation at all to do anything today. (Aside from watching Toddler and Tiaras and Intervention!) Dh and I might go out tonight. If we do, I am thinking wings and beer. That is how we do romantic!

Caitlin maybe you and your DH could go out for a nice dinner/movie. I know that when I'm feeling really down that's something that picks me up.

Wondering when Spring will ever arrive. Took me an hour to clean my car off and shovel my car out. Took me an hour to get to work.
Caitlin, I agree with Katie. Maybe you and Dh can do something special.
