My right ovary hurts - little light stabbing pains all day. This is weird, I o'ed 4 days ago. Could I ovulate twice in the same cycle? I took an opk - negative.

When ovulation occurs twice in the same cycle, it would happen within 12 hours of each other. I've felt what you're feeling before, it's probably your corpus luteum working to release progesterone.
Good luck!

I was like that the other day!!! i was actually getting really paranoid about it, and from everything i could find online it lead me to believe it was the corpus luteum . It was also my right ovary, which is the one i ovulated from this month.
I have everything crossed for us lol

I o'd from my left side with this one and most of my discomfort came from the right side for over a week. When they did the first u/s in the er a couple of weeks ago, they told me I had three large follies on my right that obviously did not get released......but they were huge! Now I only feel the discomfort of the left pregnancy cycst left behind.

Agree that it could be a cyst. I have had them every single pregnancy. So i'm thinking it's a good sign!
(oh and if you aren't pregnant [which we won't even consider being a possibility] they go away usually with your period and this is for informational purposes only sine we know your pregnant!)
