Day 1 is the first day of your period. I don't know much about charting after that.

Hello and welcome to TTCAL. Tell us a little more about you.

How irregular are you? Do you know how many days your cycle is? Have you been to the doctor?

I am sorry for your loss.

I do not know how many days my cycle is due to being irregular. I can be 4 wks one month then 6 wks the next before I start. I havent been to the Dr. cause we are trying to do it natural. Are there signs that I should be aware of so I know when I am ovulating? I am at a total loss....

With cycles that irregular, but the cheap ovulation predictors and use them every day. There's not much else you can do. Each person is different. Most of the time, I don't have any indicators that I am ovulating.

Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - Fertility Charting is what a lot of women use to chart. CD 1 would be the first day of your period. I don't chart because of a few reasons but it is very helpful. I use OPKs starting around CD8 and then go until I get a positive and then it starts to lighten again. I know how frustrating it is to have irregular cycles. I hope this helps you some.
