So I asked last week about charting and your miscarriage. So since i started bleeding tonight would I start charing tomorrow and call tomorrow CD1?
I understand that I could have a 6-8 week cycle but it should still show if I ovulate before A/F right?

I am preventing until at least after next cycle so they can test me more, just wanted to get back into the charting habit.

I wish I could answer your question but to be honest I temped 1 day and then gave it up. It is too structured for me.

I hope someone can help!

i would start charting from whenever you pass the tissue but that's just me.. you can also start from when you first start bleeding.

And yes it would show when you ovulate. You can look at my post m/c charts if you're interested.

I always called the first day of bleeding as CD1. Also, my temp shift seemed to be much less significant in the cycle after a loss so if you do O your temps might not be really clear. Everyone is different though. I hope things get back to normal for you soon. ((hugs))

Thanks everyone I am counting today as one.
I keep bleeding not bleeding. Last night I had a couple small clots but then nothing... But that might be cause I was laying down all night in bed.

In your case, I would count the first day as the day you passed the products of pregnancy (hate to call it that, but I dont want to upset you). Alot of women who early m/c where there is a small sac/no sac (chemical) they would count the first day as bleeding. But when you were further along, I would count first day as the day you know the baby passed (sorry). Just because, until this happens, your hcg levels will remain pretty high giving you all kinds of goofy temps and positive opks for weeks to come....I know your not trying right now, but your temp is going to stay pretty high with all that hcg in your system....and I would hate for you to have to stare at a 2month cycle every day waiting for something to happen. This way you know that your body is ready for charting when the everything has cleaned itself out. Good luck to you, and so sorry again.......

My temp was pretty high this morning.. I am just going to go with it to get back in the habbit.
But your right it might be another couple days or a week before I acually pass the baby since all I am going right now is spotting.
