prayers needed for my friend! (pg ment.)

My friend recently she found out she's pregnant. About five weeks along or so, but unfortunately they also found a tumor in her uterus that needs to be removed (The doc said it was a miracle she got pg in the first place with it in there) So she has to have surgery to remove it (if they don't she will most definitely lose the baby, and the tumor can grow) but the problem is, is that the surgery they have to do, is NOT good for the baby--the doc said that 50-75 % of the time the baby is miscarried either during surgery or shortly after.
So basically she's stuck between a rock and hard place. She's hasn't scheduled the surgery yet, but she is doing that tomorrow. I'm so worried about her. One, she has to undergo a fairly major surgery, two she might lose the baby. I do not want her to have to go through what I went through. (Though I know her health is important too) Though the doc did mention that even with the tumor removed, it may be hard for her to get pg again because her uterus will be slightly scarred.

So please pray for her, that everything goes ok, and that she doesn't end up losing the baby.
