If you're trying it for the first time and you don't see any improvement, don't give up. I took extra 100mg B6 on top of my multi for a whole cycle and saw no improvement that cycle. The next cycle I continued to take the same dosage on top of my multi and got an extra 2 days added to my LP. We'll see what happens this cycle, but I'm thinking it should probably have settled out and remain a 13-day LP. Just wanted to say not to give it up if it doesn't work for you right away

Thanks for the info Erin I think a lot of times we want to see an improvement right away and if it doesn't happen we just automatically assume that it isn't working. I'm super glad it's working for you!

Is the purpose of taking the B^ just to extend LP or does it have other effects? Do you plan on taking all of your stuff after your pregnant or just go back to normal pre-natals?

As far as I know, B6 is mainly for extending LP. I mean, I'm sure there are other benefits, but that's the TTC benny. When I get knocked up I'm still going to take the extra folic acid, and I'll add iron supplements probably during the 3rd trimester, but other than that I'll just be taking my prenatal and DHA/DHEA 'cause it's good for development.
