I took soy my first three cycles back in the game (CD 5-9 80mg, CD5-9 160mg, CD3-7 160mg) and this is my first cycle off of it. I have no idea when I should expect to ovulate, but if I had to guess, I'd say the early CD20-something range. Here's to the three-week wait!
This will be my second/third cycle on some of my supplements, as well as DH's second cycle on all of his. If AF comes again, I'm hoping I can avoid soy next cycle as well. Does anybody know if soy has the same effect on uterine lining as Clomid? I read something about Clomid affecting the thickness of uterine lining, making it not as thick, but I don't know anything about it... Help?

Erin from what I was told soy does not affect the lining. I took Clomid for many cycles and it thinned mine out so bad! But the soy doesn't seem to have that affect... I hope you get your BFP this cycle without anything

Also, don't forget that it takes three months for sperm production, so your husband's sperm won't have the effect of the vitamins for another month. You probably knew that already, but I wanted to make sure.

I have also heard that soy is not supposed to thin the lining like Clomid.

Thanks for posting that question about the soy/lining. I was wondering myself.
