I was watching "One Born Every Minute" and they surely don't hold things back.... I cringe when it gets to the gritty parts... I wonder what happens when I get in that situation... Which I hope it's me soon!

Which episode did you watch? I have seen them all and while I seem to be attracted to the show I don't think any of those labors were anything like mine.

I was watching the "Who's Is the Baby Now?" episode (Episode 3)... The one where there was the couple that had the C-Section.... The doctor was 5'2" and little and during the C-section she said baby just doesn't want to come out.....
It's also very touching and it just makes me cry...........

I liked the one with the teenage couple. I found it pretty funny when the nurse said "Your not in labor if your texting" and the teen girl said "well we will see about that".

But she was able to text all the way through pushing! This show has me really thinking about epidurals.

Wow...I haven't seen the show, but I gotta say, even with the epidural, there was no way I was able to text while pushing!! Granted, it was a walking epidural! lol

That was the same episode! The teenage girl was definitely texting up to delivery! There was also the funny couple on there that was hilarious... She really made light of the epidural shot... They showed the epidural needle too! That thing is long! She said to the doc "so you're going to be God for the day?"
