Just had my miscarriage (WARNING VERY VERY GRAFFIC)

So I passed this morning what I thought was a sac and then this afternoon what I thought was the baby.... BOY was I wrong. About an hour ago I was in so much pain I almost called 911 and at that molment PLOP in the toilet. I look down and OMG its the sac still full of fluid. I get it out take photos of it and then cut it open and there is my baby. Dr had told me I will not see a baby becasue it was already breaking down.... this baby was so not broken down I was able to count 5 fingers.

Now I am monitoring my bleeding because its not slowing down and may have to call the on call DR.

Anyway I took photos and I know to some that might be morbid and others might be curious so if you are one of the curious one if you want to give me your Email I will be happy to share because this is not something you see everyday.

I think I am in shock at this molment I just dont know what to think.

Please pray the bleeding slows down and I dont have to go to the hospital tonight.

Hopefully things will settle down for you. Don't take any chances though...If you don't feel right please call the doctor.

Oh lindsey, it sounds exactly how I felt...I thought I was dying...I'm sorry this happened to you, but i'm also glad it's over and you can hopefully move on...Please keep an eye on your bleeding...If you fill a pad front to back in an hour go to the hospital. (((hugs)))

I took 800mg of cytotec at 3:00 and this happen about 7:00

The thing is with the bleeding not to much is on my pad. Every 5-10 minutes I have this warm weid feeling and run to the bathroom and then its like im peeing blood. There are no clots now its just bright red. I guess if its still that bad in another hour I will call the on call.... or maybe I need to ignore the feeling and just let it happen in my pad?

Please go to the hospital right away. That is what happened to me with my cervical ectopic and I almost ended up with a blood transfusion.

When you sit on the toilet does blood come out in a stream like you are peeing but it is coming out of your vagina? How much blood is coming out?

I am all worried about you.

Yeah a small stream will come out when I sit and relax. But each time I go in I think its getting better. I am giving it another hour then I am calling the on call dr.
I am still just freaked out that I basically had a baby at home.
I think the cytotec did it.

I have color to my skin and not light headed so I think I am ok.... just keep checking every 10-15 mins.

Yes it was hard to see it because the dr said that at only 8 weeks and the baby was already broke down (by the way no it was not) and I would not see a baby it would just be clots and blood.
But in a way I think it will help me because I know for sure I had a baby in there becasue I saw it, and I have photos of my baby.

Lindsey, just becareful with the bleeding....When I hemorrhaged most of the time it didn't come out on the pad, it came out when I was sitting on the toilet (Like I was peeing blood)....If you think your bleeding too much please call your doctor.

I'm glad you were able to get pictures of your baby....Mine came out whole in the sac just like that still in the water...I was too scared to take pictures and I wish I had

I wanted to take photos because I always wondered what my D&C looked like. I also thought others might want to see what a 8-9 week baby would look like.

...It doesn't bother me to see pictures of babies...I gave birth to my Ella and I saw my last baby too...I think it's a wonderful thing...I don't want to post my email on here, but I'll PM you

I am so sorry this happened to you Lindsey. What you describe sounds just like my M/C at 8 weeks after I took Cytotec also. I was in such pain thought I was going to die and then I passed the intact sac into the toilet and took it out and could see the tiny embryo, it was so surreal. Definitely watch your bleeding and how you feel and if you need to go the ER.
