Does it make any of you really hungry? I could not stop eating yesterday. I had a big breakfast today, so it's not as bad. But I am starting to get hungry (physically) again and it's only 10:30.

I wonder if I am not used to so much estrogen or something. Since the soy is plant based estrogen.

Anyway, just wanted to see what other people's reactions have been.

I just ate lunch, pasta with chicken and a yogurt and I am still hungry. It's crazy. I am drinking coffee now too, but that won't delay it for very long.

I had an abundance of beautiful EWCM and a sex-drive through-the-roof when I used soy. I can't really say it was a side effect though because I used soy for all three of my cycles post-Drew, so I don't know what my body does when its left alone. That's what I'm finding out right now Although it would seem strange that my sex drive would increase due to soy since it's testosterone that governs that, as far as I know... I've heard other women on here say the same thing about CM and sex drive though when they're taking soy!

Sounds more like a testosterone thing too. Maybe the increase in estrogen triggers an increase in testosterone to balance it? Who knows. I know I feel like crap right now because I am sick, so there is no drive whatsoever.

Well I had a weird side effect of losing weight, call me the odd one....I can't say if I was or wasn't hungrier, haven't taken it in a while.

I could be because of the phyto estrogens? Hopefully you won't need it another cycle because you're preggers!!!
